(Since LA had Undefeatable with Kellin Quinn, but I don’t think that song was at the concert before that. I actually went to the LA concert, and I think they did the songs in a different order too.)
Personally the top section has the best view but due to easy peeking from the bottom and the multi-layered stage it would be suboptimal. Honestly the stage would be the best spot due to the vision it has on the entire area and unlucky mr. johnny goli it has a very good range for its throws. Agreed.
