@@edmonddantes3661 Actually Istra which region is where Pula and Rovinj are was only in non Serb majority Croatia that wanted to stay in Yugoslavia and HDZ which rule Croatia since 1990 never won elections in Istria ,like in Rovinj HDZ has only one seat in parliament and never any nationalist party can ground there

It was severely damaged in WW1 as it was an Austrian military port
