- On Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012, I told my girlfriend to meet me at my parent's house for dinner. When she arrived I had stationed my brother to sit her in the back of an open Honda CRV and give her some headphones. He "wanted to play her a song"...
What she got instead was the world's first Live Lip-Dub Proposal.

Same. I'm a sobbing mess, and it's nine years later, and I've watched this 100 times. It still absolutely blows my mind. All I know is, Isaac and Amy better still be together, or there is no such thing as true love in the world.
@@MrBTRDAYZ Not quite yet - May 23rd 2022 will be the 10th anniversary of the proposal, but the wedding wasn't until 2014, so their 10th wedding anniversary will be (I think) Aug 31, 2024. They did meet in 2006 (thanks Internet!) so this year is the 15th anniversary of their first encounter, but I don't believe you are still supposed to celebrate that one post-wedding. :)

I can't even imagine how much time it took to prepare such a demonstration. And the fact that Isaac had so many people willing to do this for him is incredible. I don't even think I could convince my blood relatives to do something like this, so these people really care about him and his wife. It's very refreshing to see this sort of thing. I know this video is 9 years old, but I hope they are still doing well. That kind of energy deserves to thrive.

This was the best proposal ever - the girl was laughing with the comedy skirts and the dance was amazing with family and friends, And in the end, the boy uses best line to propose - may God bless their marriage

This is somehow even more perfect because it's NOT perfect. People mess up the sync and dance some times, but that's the thing; it's just ordinary people. Ordinary people who got together to make this extraordinary thing; there is so much love in this video, I can barely take it.

What amazes me most of this video is the amount of lovely friends, of all ages, who evidently agreed to train for a considerable time to perform this fantastic proposal. I think it proves that not only they are a creative and adorable couple, but also nice and lovable persons... :)

I think I read about her in some other version of this video (one without an intro). The only thing I remember is that she is a choreographer, and probably the one that made the routine. As far as I can remember, I think that she is not his sister, but they have a close connection, and that guy with her is her husband/boyfriend. I have an extremely bad memory, so this as far as I can remember, but I think that someone mentioned her name at this other video.

Saw this vid in 2012 which totally raised the bar on proposals, lol. I would propose to my future wife the next year. Seeing this again in 2023 still brings back the pure joy I felt for this lovely couple over a decade ago. May God bless them in their marriage and their family. :)

Honestly, watching the joy on her face as she watched all of her loved ones come together to make the proposal so special still brings tears to my eyes. Over the last several years, I've watched this video about 50 times. It helps to remind me, even when things are as bad as they can be, like with the current pandemic and following blame game, that there is still love and real affection in the world. The crisis WILL pass and those things will return to everyday life once more.
