This is what alot of people don't know about. they only see the moments of glory and the victories. But those moments will never come to you if you don't sacrifice. they won't come to you if you don't grind day in and day out, no matter how much you feel like calling it for the day. Champions go the extra mile when no one else will. They grind when no one is watching. And that is why they are successful.

+tribe2003 Aly did push herself to the point of exhaustion to try for the Olympic team. She said that she would get out of bed and collapse because she couldn't hold herself up, she was so tired :(
Other sports are hard and require dedication and training that's for sure, but it's undeniable that no other sport pushes the human body to it's limits in so many different ways like Gymnastic does.
I do gymnastics and yes you have to be crazy to do it and there is a lot of injuries but you have to work through the pain and disappointment and look forward to how good you could actually become
This is so powerful. When we watch it, we see a gold medalist with talent beyond our wildest dreams. In reality, she's stressed and tired and working harder than she's ever worked. We see the beauty of her strength and talent when she performs, but with this - we see just how hard she had to work to get to where she is now. This montage is what more people need to watch when someone dares say Gymnasts aren't as tough or talented as other athletes. Thanks for posting this.

Sara Rose You should try to start gymnastics again and make it onto an optional team. The optional team is where you compete in the highest levels of gymnastics (they go up to 10 levels). I'm a level 8, which has taken my whole life to get there. So trust me, it will be hard, but you can at least be doing what you love.

i will say thats tough wrists when u land on u wrists i do that after 40 yard sprint try to fly then crash land, easy to fuck up u wrists even no matter how much u wrap them
