    Kuih Bingka Labu tumis/Bakar/Bengkang

    (Adunan ni menghasilkan 3 biji bingka,acuan pecah 8)
    2 cawan tepung gandum
    2 cawan labu lecek
    2 biji telur saiz c
    2 cawan santan
    1 1/2 cawan gula
    1 sdb marjerin seri pelangi @seripelangibyfgv
    Sedikit garam
    Sedikit esen vanilla
    Bijan hitam dan putih
    Caranya
    1.Rebus/kukus labu dan lecek
    2.Campurkan tepung gandum,labu lecek,telur,santan,gula,garam,marjerin pelangi dan esen vanilla .mix rata dan masuk dalam blander kisarkan halus.
    3.sediakan acuan,panaskan acuan tuang sedikit minyak,tabur bijan kemudian tuang adunan labu hingga penuh acuan,tambah lagi bijan.
    4.Masukkan dalam oven suhu 170c bakar selama 1 jam hingga kekuningan.
    5.Angkat dan biar betul² sejuk baru dipotong

    Fried/Baked/Bengkang Pumpkin Cake

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    2 cups mashed pumpkin
    2 eggs size c
    2 cups coconut milk
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 sdb butter/ margarine seri pelangi @seripelangibyfgv
    A little bit of salt
    A little vanilla essence
    Black and white sesame seeds
    Instruction
    1. Boil/steam pumpkin and mash
    2.Mix wheat flour, mashed pumpkin, eggs, coconut milk, sugar, salt, rainbow margarine and vanilla essence. Mix well and put in a blander finely grind.
    3.Prepare the mold, heat the mold, pour a little oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and then pour the pumpkin batter until the mold is full, add more sesame seeds.
    4.Put in an oven at 170c and bake for 1 hour until golden.
    5.Lift and let it cool properly after cutting
