I was able to be Independent sovereign but now I’m victim and lost my ful physicality mind body in senseless way. I got stuck in trauma mind everyth fear.

So inspiring. I just don't understand one thing. Why go to the hospital at all after "being healed" for two years?

If you were abused, i am so sorry you went through that. You didn’t create that. You were sweet and innocent. I don’t believe a child causes abuse because what he’s speaking of here requires a great deal of work, intention, and meditation. I think he’s saying we can cause effects by doing “the work.” An innocent child knows nothing of this. An innocent child isn’t setting intentions and working to align their heart and mind. An innocent child is a victim. What i think he said in other videos about this is that as adults, we don’t have to be victims. That by working hard on the things he discusses, we can break free from that trauma and reconnect with that inner child to become whole. As victims of trauma, we learn to separate the heart and mind, to separate ourselves from our bodies. This work helps to reconnect our body (heart) and mind. I think we can take the journey to healing from being a victim, to survivor, and finally to thriver by doing this work. I hope you can free yourself of guilt - it absolutely was not your fault; i struggled with that for years because i didn’t fight back when i was assaulted as a child, but with the help of a therapist learned that it wasn’t my fault. I hope you find the healing and freedom you deserve. ❤
