    I found it easier to transition to minimalist shoes by first transitioning to barefoot. That way you get maximum information and are forced to take it easy. Then using minimalist shoes when necessary becomes very straightforward.

      Yes I have done this but i recommend doing barefoot on grass and around the house, builds strength without the impact
