The effects of armor traits are generally smaller but they do add up. I recommend well fitted generally though I’ve enjoyed using infused for big pieces

I'm sure you comment is for the OP but here's my 2cents if you'd like.. if your running a set like rallying cry on the backbar imo you can 100% afford to run no impen on your gear like op said well fitted, I would go 3 reinforced (if you have 3 heavy pieces) and the rest divines personally to help push towards crit damage cap

@@syuwono I did pay attention to reaching a % but high elf and dunmer to not effect that. The only race that does effect it is Khajiit

archers mind or orders wrath performs better? For me archers mind looks better am i right?
Order's Wrath offers cirt chance in the 5pc as well so it's better for that reason alone. Fruther more you can customize the weight of Order's.
why dark elf over kitty or breton?
Personally I started ESO as a role player so I went with what I wanted to play in that sense. And Dunmer is decent enough so I haven’t changed
