Cookies Recipe:
10 tbsp butter (142g)
3/4 cup brown sugar (165g)
1/2 cup regular sugar (100g)
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 1/2 tsp eggs replacer
1/4 cup + 1 1/2 tsp water (65ml)
1 1/4 cup flour (200g)
1. Mix butter with sugars and salt until combined
2. Whisk together water, vanilla and egg replacer and add to butter mixture
3. add baking soda + flour
4. add chocolate chips
5. refrigerate for 30min before baking

100% agree about the chocolate chips. Literally was talking to my sister about this just yesterday. I always add about 3/4 the amount of choc chips that any recipe calls for
A little alarm clock bird noise fangirling over here, but... I use the bird noise too and I LOVE it!!! I've always hated any type of sound or song, no matter how calming it was, after a few days it would start to annoy me very much. But the birds... THE BIRDS are the best sound I could wake up to
also obsessed with the new ear piercings!! it’s amazing how adding one or two pieces to your ear can add so much to a look

I’ve been wakings up to birdsong for years now and I LOVE it Bc it’s just so peaceful like why would I want to wake up mad with a loud annoying alarm. But do beware that now when you are taking a nap and birds are outside you will wake up and think it’s your alarm.

So every time I watch your videos Claud I'm amazed at how balanced and relaxed you are. I've had a very hard two years, it got reallyy bad after I quit my job and my anxiety has made it close to impossible to just apply for new work, even going out grocery shopping has been exhausting. It's like I have this mental block. Also had family issues, friend breakups to now I really only have my best friend who lives in another state and my boyfriend. Also, I'm turning 27 in a couple weeks?? Anyways I really admire you and I know you probably have your days too but it just seems like your overall mental health is doing great right now and I'd love some pointers.
