Presque tous les beaux quartiers de l’époque sont devenus comme ça: bourrés de construction anarchiques, des routes mal entretenues, des ligablos dans les coins de rues etc…
@@TsumbuUmba C'est vraiment dommage! Les autorités doivent imposer certaines règles dans chaque quartier. Il y'a des quartiers où on peut faire du commerce et d'autres pas. Quand je regarde les vidéos des rues d'Abidjan , Cameroun ou encore kigali, voire brazzaville, ça me donne envie de pleurer, notre pays (la RDC) n'est pas gouverné. C'est vraiment triste!

Righini est devenu très sale à notre à notre époque le quartier était très propre car il n y avait pas de commerce et les gens étaient peu nombreux des parcelles sont maintenant morcelées et plusieurs familles y habitent
Ç’est presque partout comme ça dans tous les quartiers qui étaient considérés comme chic à l’époque. Faut voir ce que Macampagne et Mont Fleury sont devenus…

I was there 3 or 4 days ago. They wouldn’t let me film inside. I think it’s because the hotel is in a very bad very bad shape. It needs to be renovated. So does the entire neighborhood 😀
