Well they want women to have straight and long hair and when a woman chooses not to damage her hair by straightening it all the time so she puts a wig on then they don't like that either plus they don't want to pay for the beauty shop visits to get that hair straightened then when it all falls out because of all that heat damage , they don't want anything to do with you.

2022 as well. I know there are some girls who go natural, but im tired of black women wearing wigs. They have the most unique hair of any race and dont embrace it. Im white and even I think that its sad.
They say natural is better, but I get more attention when I wear my straight black hair wig. I did little tests to see how many guys talk to me while I’m out w my wig and it was so much more.

Listen. I'm not close to bald either, but I chopped my hair off from 15 inches to only 3. I lost a lot of hair around the perimeter and centre of my head after having my second child 2 years ago. Instead of dealing with hair of different lengths, I just cut it off. Embrace your hair sweetie. Us women shouldn't be defined by our hair, even though it is a big deal to us. If you can't style it the way you'd like, then sis, learn how to rock a nice headwrap. My hair is short and can't do many styles I'd like, but I LOVE my hair scarves. You don't have to rock a wig, you could get a good braided would can grip your hair to do small box braids. You have many options, but whatever you decide, it's your hair, it will grow and be confident. Good luck :)

Braids that have hair added are EXTENSIONS, not weave. Just like clip in extensions that are used for fullness, length or both. And newsflash, you can get your own natural hair braided/twisted without adding hair as well.

I really want to go natural but I’m so damn insecure. I grew up in a Predominantly white state, blonde, straight hair with blue eyes is whats preferred over here so I grew up with a lot of self hate. I don’t really know how to do my own hair, but I am really wanting to learn 🥰 I’m tired of feelin fake and being so crazy about my hair and if it’s done. You asked the wrong question. Black men like weave when it's laid right. You should have asked natural type 4c hair vs a wave that is done right. Showing a side to side picture would have been more appropriate to get accurate results.

Some men don’t really know what they like. They don’t understand what they are really looking at. The biggest black female music stars: Beyoncé, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj - all wear lace front wigs and weaves. And men of all nationalities drool over them. You rarely see their natural hair.
What some (not all) of these guys really mean when they say they like natural hair is that they like mixed race girls with loosely waved, loosely curled hair. But if a sista with 4b hair above her neck wants one of their numbers, they’ll walk past her - “unless she has a big ass” like the brotha said in the video. Sad, but true.
Black women know what they’re doing. If there were sooo many guys that honestly love natural hair, if there weren’t folks in corporate America discriminating against women with natural hair, there would be fewer Black women wearing wigs and weave.
I just subscribed!!! I love my natural 4c hair but I love the protective styling women do. I love when I straighten my hair and see the length but wash it and it reverts right back. Glad to see men love natural.

I get waaayyy more compliments with my natural hair & bare face than I ever did when I wore quick weaves & a face full of make up. When I did my big chop I thought I was going to feel ugly but it made me feel so beautiful inside & out. It made me feel like a new women & my boyfriend loved it.
