Not certain what's more horrifying, the fact the soviets somehow lost this in real life or the amount of KV-1s rolling up to you to beat up your infantry in 1942, Graviteam is probably the only game that really puts into perspective how the early war trauma of being unable to deal with soviet armor led to future Axis tank development putting emphasis on anti-tank warfare.
Very good point. I don’t think there’s one conclusion to both of these questions. Different perspectives with different shortcomings, with the Soviet’s I think it was mostly lack of communication and horrible conditions. It’s very interesting though, eastern front in general was a very very interesting conflict.
Very cool videos! I also play GTMF. So far I haven't dared to play "A Fateful Strike" - that is, on the German side. You're doing it very, very well. You have a very good feeling for editing and drama.
Man, it's gotta be frustrating to be an AT Gun crew man, seeing tanks and knowing it ain't gonna do anything. Also subbed, awesome content. Have the game but it's a lot to take in.
Oh Yeah, early war problems for the Germans. really interesting reading their diaries on this matter, check them out if you haven’t already. And thank you I appreciate the support!
Nice vid. It's such a shame that the sound in this game is so BAD. If you ever play Gates of Hell Ostfront, you'll know what I mean. This could be the ultimate war sim if the sound were not so awful.
Yeah stock sounds are very bad compared to other RTS games. There are great mods like VAPOSM 1/2 or Ruki's sound overhaul which i use, and many others. I personally love what he did with it.
@@Warsimulation1997 I did notice that the sound gets better later in the video. If Andre wasn't so stubborn, there would be a way to mod the game a lot easier, but he doesn't see why it's important...

Thank you for the kind words. Good luck on your journey with Graviteam! Give yourself time and patience and it’ll go smoothly!
Your videos and the feel is just amazing, so simple yet so lovely to watch.
Thanks for the support!
THE INTRO
Wow, tough op.

What are the controls to take off the ui and icons above the soldiers? Love your cinematics
For me it’s F6 for the unit icons. When it comes to UI it’s Ctrl + Backspace for me.
@@Warsimulation1997 thanks buddy!
Nice reshade brother
I don’t actually use reshade, it is mainly the resolution which is 4K and my nvidia panel settings!
@@Warsimulation1997 oh my bad. Game looked crisper than usual so I assumed it was reshade.
Coming from someone who plays this game often. I'm very intrigued about how you get the game looking so good?
Mainly it seems to be the resolution which is 4K. I also made some changes on my Nvidia panel, mainly with anti aliasing and sharpening :)!
@@Warsimulation1997 Thanks :)
