They're so-so. They stop being that fun once you realize that the two best Sword Skills are Cygnus Onslaught and Specula Cross. The main power Sword Skills just take way too long to do anything. Just like LS.
Hey, I've beaten the game and your guide was really helpful, BK Brent. Particularly for the Trinity. I'm missing all of the OSS skills, and I don't know how to unlock them. I thought your weapon videos would tell me so I just watched all of them, but it doesn't seem like they do. I just want to know how to obtain them. I thought it might be an affinity thing, but I can't see how. Please help.

Hey Trump Shoutouts, I'm sorry to hear your having some trouble deciding, hope I can help. I personally love it, as I do most other SAO games, but in the end it comes down to taste and willingness to grind levels on weapons, skills, characters, etc. One downside is that, another is AW characters not being able to fly, but BK Brent's FAQ can help with that, the game is completely story driven, it's really hard unless you play on easy mode, but if you know the reputation of SAO Lost Song, in my mind, it's just that with different story, AW characters, and everything that was wrong with the original fixed and made better. Another downside is that some things can be confusing, but BK Brent can help you with that on his FAQ. I think for as many down sides as it has, there are more upsides. If you like SAO or AW it's a good buy, and if you just like games like this in general, it's a good buy. I hope I convinced you, but in the end it's your decision. I do want you to remember though: reviews aren't everything. You might hate it and someone else loves it, or vice versa. Good luck with your decision and don't be afraid to ask around and get multiple opinions. Let me know what you do, I'd like to know
I might have a suggestion if you allow me to. You could do a tutorial about what monsters drop what kind of items, basically the same thing you did with the legendary weapons in Hollow Realization.
Ik iam late but as someone who only played lost song...this looks way better 😂 i didn't really like accel world anime as much as sao because it wasn't completed so i ignored this game for a while and now iam regretting it ,i enjoyed lost song alot and this looks very fun so iam gonna try it this time

It's just that, there is some part that I don't really understand... After watching all of the skills movie that you made, I can't help but to wonder on how to unlock all of the skills of the each weapon class... I also watch the movie about leveling weapon proficiency and leveling the skill proficiency... Is it just by increasing "weapon proficiency" in which by using normal attacks? If that is so, is it the skill unlock is random? Err... OK for example this "dual blade" weapon class?😅... I'm sorry for the wordy questions... Thank You Very Much...
Most Sword Skills unlock by weapon proficiency. There are certain special skills that can only be unlocked through Arena Cutscenes though. You need the Golden Handshake between respective characters for that. Check the FAQ.
Does anyone think the last skill in Skill Explode is Vorpal Strike or Rage Spike? Vorpal Strike is just a strait shot, but Rage Spike you can influence the direction a bit.
Well 2 hand sword is without a doubt the strongest weapon in the game. Anyway, I guess it should be cute, that's probably why I can't take it seriously. ^^
I am gonna say I kinda hate how they give her starburst and ecilips no offens but it kinda special to kirito (I know they did it at LS too) they give DW and give sbs and ecilips Second is how much does rains OSS hits ? 24? Third is kiritos first OSS is kinda useless it can be only usefull for animes it self to look cool Second OSS is amazing (even it is just skill connect they made it more good) And I hate how sbs ecilips rain OSS and kiritos OSS is weak for what are they they must give more damage like sbs 1-1.5 bar ecilips 2-2.5 bar rains OSS 1-1.5 bar Kiritos OSS 1.5-2.0 bar And the funny thing is kiritos SBS gave 3 bar damage to the 74 floor boss wich is far more powerful than this thing but still good game
No offens they just killed the speciality of kirito and I think they can give her different skills and give kirito different skills to so there is gonna be a reasons to play both I don't think kirito fits to 2H I actually hate 2H I like DW, one hand, rapier, dagger

It's Vorpal Strike. The new Vorpal Strike has a violent sprialing twist on it now.

After watching the AW character skills, these SAO sword skills don't seem to do much damage...
