Sweetheart, it doesn’t sound weird. It’s ridiculously common how many people are guilty after eating. I think everybody does sometimes but if it really is affecting you, maybe speak to someone you trust. I’m happy hunni is helping you but please know you need to eat. It’s so important. Eat a burger. Eat a pizza. Eat loads of ice cream. Eat a chocolate bar. You deserve it. Eat cucumber. Eat sweet corn. Eat kale. Eat what you enjoy! Make sure you try to balance it out so you stay healthy and well but treat yourself to sugary, less healthy stuff now and again. It’s important. Stay strong and keep eating!
