Quick question.
I know here you made a copy of the original scenario
But is it possible to overwrite the default DTG scenario if I just wanted to swap the assets out for AP versions?

It depends, you may be able to edit a scenario but not save it. To avoid disappointment I recommend duplicating the scenario first.
