To preface I feel like I'm in good shape. I tried a workout I saw this dude do a while back that was a conditioning circuit. He did like 10 rounds of sprinting and focus mitt work. At halfway through round 3 I thought I might puke. This dude is a beast and all respect to him for doing what he does day in and day out

Special forces soldiers don't need to be like this. Way to big ,lean fit and less than 200 pounds not ready for mr. Olympia. He's just to big and not enough stamina for the missions that require you to blend in not stand out.
