Have Fun! Telluride Cousin 😉
Thank you!!
@@TheNealsNextDoor you are most welcome!
I'm going on a cruise in July can't wait... Have fun y'all
Where you going and on what cruise line?!?
We are sailing on the Dawn this Sunday! Thanks for the videos! We must have twin souls, we live in GA too, drive a Telluride and love cruising! Your family is adorable.
First… if you have a Telluride so that’s enough to make us family!! lol I’m trying to plan other cruises right now. It’s soo easy to take the ride down to either Tampa or Orlando. Since we live in Henry county we don’t have to worry about driving through Atl. Is it still the 7 day cruise to Cozumel, Belize, Honduras and costa Mayo?
@@TheNealsNextDoor we literally JUST moved out of Henry Country, last June. We lived in McDonough for 25 years. Our kids graduated from Union Grove High School. Small world! Cruising is addictive! The Dawn will be our 17th cruise and we are booked on the Mardi Gras for this June! I’m so glad that I found your channel!!
How is it the kids are so big?! Was that spinach dip I spied? If so it’s one of my faves. Sending love from our family to yours ❤️
I know!!! It feel like was just yesterday Kayson was just coming home from the hospital and us both just starting our channel!! How you guys been well!
@@TheNealsNextDoor we’ve been good. I know I was playing your video today while doing dishes and Aspen was like, “Who’s that?” and I said they are our oldest RUclips friends.” 😀
Going in June On the Dawn cruising the Baltic Sea. One of the stops is Poland. Norwegian hasn’t cancelled the cruise due to the war. Has anyone had a cruise cancel due to the war?
Just from what I have been hearing, normally they would just remove a stop off the itinerary and just spend an extra day at sea if they need to. They did that during my cruise through the Bahamas after it was hit by a hurricane a few years ago. They removed one stop because of how badly Freeport was hit. I basically called NCL every week for an update on a cancellation.
Thank you I will keep checking
How did you like your cabin? Was it noisy from the garden cafe from the floor above you?
I loved it! You couldn’t hear anything at all! Im and it was a short walk to the garden cafe which made it easier to grab food before leaving the ship for the day
Hate being nosy but you have a really nice house, how much was it to purchase? Tryna buy a house in like five years
Thank you soo much!! No big deal! When we bought it 3 years ago it was $265K. But that was before the spike in prices. So in my area houses like the same floor plan are now like $350K and up. We live in the south side of ATL so it’s a little more affordable over here
@@TheNealsNextDoor that’s a great deal! Suck feels like everything’s going up by the time I buy a house it’s gonna be annoying lol
If we had waited maybe like 6 months later it would have been a lot higher… but on a positive you will have options because they are building soo many houses, you can buy a new house instead of going around looking for a house. If you have the time to wait for the house to be built then you will probably get a better value than someone selling their house.
@@TheNealsNextDoor I also have a question about buying a house, I’m only 19 so I don’t need a house, but the reason I want to buy a house is so I don’t have to pay rent and I can own it. Would you recommend buying a bigger house or like a starter home?
@@_slimpickins_ great choice!! I would def recommend a starter home. And use that when it grows in value to sell and help you buy a bigger home or even your actual “dream/forever” home. We did the same thing. We bought our first starter house at 24ish, then used that to buy a bigger house once we had a kid.. we then sold that house so that we could build this house. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without the help of that starter home. But you are right, if you can avoid renting buying a house would be an excellent investment. It has its few headaches of course but that is life lol
