The anime that had real people in it. This had the best, most humane characters ever. With all the flaws in their characters and relatable experiences... I'll forever adore this movie
I feel sentimental listening to this. Makes me think about the summer i watched this movie and listened to the soundtrack, that was about 2 years ago. Time flies. Most of the songs make me feel like being sad, but this one feels more hopeful. One of my favorites to listen to for sure

the first movie to rlly make me completely burst into tears, and multiple times too. literally had me crying like shoya in the ending. my personal favorite movie of all time.
@@jnoinm i feel like a silent voice is "bigger" currently, but i'm expecting chainsaw man to blow up when the anime airs. A good movie generally creates more buzz than a good manga. An anime can really take off as well
This music piece was presumably going to be used in the coming-of-age ceremony (where the characters meet again after graduation and after going to separate universities) only present in the manga, as the title of the song fits the nature of the characters becoming older. But since the scene isn't present, we can assume it was scrapped and the music wasn't used, hence the absence of the soundtrack within the movie. I'm sure if it was used it would've been abbreviated to "sfy" or "sfh", perhaps along the lines of that. It also fits the scene because in the manga, the coming-of-age ceremony was the final ending of the manga series, whereas the culture festival was the ending in the movie, this music was positioned last in the entire soundtrack so it is reasonably as the end music.

Kyoto animations..one of the best animation studios lit on fire that tragedy still hits a core in our hearts all thoes great animators who made this master piece and others didnt deserve it but i hope they are happy that their creation will live on for many generation and be appreciated by millions and millions
I waited so long to watch the movie, expecting to hear this song in the symbolic ending from the manga, making a transition from the ending of the movie to the credits... to end up not even hearing it in the movie.
