Oh you had me rolling on the floor with that Willet pairing 🤣🤣🤣. Let’s see now. I’d pair SOWLEG Whisky Review with Bird Dog Bourbon ironically they’re not into bourbon as much but since they record videos in the woods. So I think Hunting same goes for Bird Dog bourbon lol. Very cool & indeed difficult concept...I applaude you for doing the pairing choices, it is not easy (I accept Starward no problem, and yeah you almost got it in the beginning, it was indeed Sullivans Cove brand from Tasmania Distillery I worked for during a few years only for shows here). Thanks for the shout out & compliments, I'm humbled to be compared to those "big guns" as you say & you're not wrong, at least category wise, to add a blender's name (& a big one you dropped), as more modestly I'll be seeing very soon the first release of a French whisky that I blended myself last week !...More about it soon. Looking forward to see Part 2 ! 👍

The Last Drop - I would pair with a Cognac, not sure which one though as I haven't really explored Cognac. Maybe there are some Cognac reviews out there somewhere I should watch... Awesome concept for a video Chris, cheers!
