This is probably the first video I actually LIKED with Tom Hughes as Tom Riddle. I'm going to the club with my friends in a little bit so I'm just going to fast type you a list of the things I like here: Song Choice: I like the song you used, I think it was a creative song choice you made because normally Tom Riddle editors just use creepy songs for Tom Riddle, You know songs that are really slow and creepy sounding? That's the typical kind of song used for a Tom Riddle video. Most editors use the same type of songs over and over, so when I click on a Tom Riddle edit I expect to hear a slow creepy dark song. I did not expect to click on this video and suddenly listening to a fast upbeat gangster hip hop remix for Tom Riddle lol And I actually like that you choose to not do what I see ALL the Tom Riddle editors are doing, you actually chose a different kind of song, and I like how you actually got creative with your song choice. Which if I just listened to that Blessed song I wouldn't think of Tom Riddle at all. Because its clearly a gangster song lol But when I was listening to the song with your actual video, I think the fast remix song helps the video since the actual video its only only 34 seconds long. That's super short, so it would feel really boring, but I think the cool remix you choose actually helps spice the video up more. So the short video doesn't feel short because the music has a fast beat. And Tom Hughes playing Tom Riddle, he's doing evil things with the lyrics pounding, _You can't kill my fucking vibe I'm feeling blessed_ I was thinking to myself that this actually was probably what the real Tom Riddle was thinking when he opened the Chamber of Secrets, he probably felt he was blessed and special, and the heir of Slytherin and no one can stop him. So the gangster remix actually does go with Tom Riddle's character, and his bad-ass "I'M A POWERFUL MOTHERFUCKER" side. So yeah, to sum it up I like the song you choose because its, a unique song choice, has a good beat cool vibe, and it fits Tom's evil character who literally was a gangster wizard bad-boy. And this song could be played when he got sorted into Slytherin. Editing: I think your editing in this video is good for just a half a minute short video, you actually managed to keep my attention in that short amount of time, because normally when I watch a Tom Riddle video the editing is not interesting enough to keep me interested the whole video, I usually click off half the way through, or I if I do watch the whole video, and I only like some parts and the rest was boring to me, because the editing isn't interesting. But in this video I actually think your editing was good ALL the way through, I didn't see anything that looked out of place to me, or any mistakes, and I was very impressed with how you were able to match the scenes so well and make them fit perfectly. Alot of Tom Riddle editors can't do that so you're already ahead of the editing game. You are not a boring editor that's for sure. I got an excitement from watching this video, because of the hype music and hype editing style that I normally don't see in a Tom Riddle video. And I always like an editor with a unique editing style, your editing style actually reminded me of Anastasia Frank who is a very unique editor as well. Alot of Tom Riddle editors try to copy her style (not saying you are) but I just felt your editing style had the same unique style as Anastasia Frank's, because your style is just very...unique. Like when I'm watching your videos I can always tell that you're trying to do something a bit more different. For example I've seen alot of those EXACT clips you've used in other Tom Hughes/Tom Riddle edits, but YOUR edit were the only one that stood out to me. BECAUSE of the way you edited it. Your editing style is very unique and creative. If you keep editing this way, alot of the other editors will be very jealous of your creativity. ;) Filters: I like the filters you used and how you changed from color to black and white or green, I liked how the filters changed throughout the video, because the Tom Riddle videos I've seen this week, the filter is the SAME all the way through, and my eyes get bored because I feel like its just one long scene the whole video (especially if the whole video is in dull black and white) it just looks very boring, but you used alot of interesting colors and I actually thought you were able to make Tom Hughes look interesting, my favorite shot of him is at 0:15 I love how the filter is this dramatic black and white with this Slytherin green highlight over his face. Tom Hughes actually looked like Tom Riddle to me there. I think when you use a different actor its best to play around with the filters like you did in this video, so you can see different ways to make him look like the character. And in this video with all the different filters you used I was able to actually see Tom Hughes as Tom Riddle in different scenes. And I think editors forget that when editing Tom Riddle IF you're going to use a filter you can't use use ONE filter all the way through, (like black and white filter all the way through or 1 filter all the way through of just 1 color) because 1 filter doesn't go with Tom's character you have to use different filters. Why? Because even the real Tom Riddle in the movies, you see Christian Coulson and Frank Dillane and Hero Finnes in alot of different filters, and different lightings as they play Tom Riddle, so in the movies you never see Tom in just 1 way, because of the different filters the movie used for all the different Tom Riddle actors. So you have to do the same in the editor to make it look like the real Tom. And MOST editors who use Tom Hughes forget to filter him like the real Tom Riddle. So when I watch it i usually don't even feel like I'm looking at Tom Riddle. But you're the first Tom Riddle editor with Tom Hughes that I've seen who actually did the filter thing with Tom Riddle correctly. And I think the way you filtered this video so correctly to Tom Riddle's character has alot to do with why I actually liked this video. Because I know I don't like Tom Hughes playing Tom Riddle. Because you were able to filter Tom Hughes in the same way Tom Riddle was filtered in the Harry Potter movies. And because you filtered him like Tom Riddle, you are the first editor to make me feel like Tom Hughes was actually playing Tom Riddle. When I watched this video it literally looked like a mini Harry Potter preview starring Tom Hughes as Tom Riddle. And I was very very impressed. Question: Where did you get the voiceover at the beginning where it says, "Allow me to introduce myself?" Regardless the voiceover of Tom talking goes very well with the opening of Harry turning around to see "Tom Riddle" Which is really just Tom Hughes lol. It's a shame editors keep replacing Christian Coulson he will always be the perfect Tom Riddle. But this video you just made is literally the first video I liked with Tom Hughes as Tom Riddle. So NOW I'm happy I subscribed to your channel. I can see that you are going to become a very popular Tom Riddle editor. I am ALWAYS look for good Tom Riddle editors. And I give all of them at least 1 chance to prove themselves. And I've definitely proved yourself to me that you can edit great Tom Riddle videos. And I can see that I'm not the only person satisfied with your work. I'm seeing more and more subscribers on your channel, more and more views, and more and more likes.
