Sorry, but the brushes aren't mine to compose into a single files and distribute. But check arqui9learn to download their free bush set. You probably don't need any more than that to start

Hmm, when I use the control-A command and copy the image, it opens a new layer each time stead of be in the same layer. Very nice video btw! Greetings from Caracas!
Hi Rodrigo, you have to make sure your layer is Rasterized (not a Smart Object).

Obrigado! O brush usando pra criar o varal foi um redondo normal mesmo. Eu configurei ele do tamanho correto. Aí usei a PEN (atalho P) pra desenhar o varal com os pontos. E aí só clicar com botão direito pra usar o brush ao logo do caminho feito. Era sobre essa parte das linhas ou das lâmpadas? Veja se consegue se não me avisa aqui que amanhã quando entrar no PC dou uma explicada melhor olhando os comandos no Photoshop 😀

Nice colors and style. Which render program have you used for the competition project?
Thanks! I used Vray 3.4 on Sketchup. But the project was modeled on Archicad. Just a base render was exported from Vray, most of the work I did in Photoshop 😁
@@LearnUpstairs Vray is a bit more useful for ps post production, i think. Im using lumion and it does many thing by itself but not so clear as ps works.
Yeah Lumion has many advantages! You can also export render elements from this software to work on ps

Hi, my photoshop does not have the tool you use to change the orientation of the brush...the circle. is there any way of activating it or a plugin or sth? it's cs6
Hi Melisa, on older versions your can find this options on the Brush Window, not the tab. So go to Window > Brush.
You should easily find it there on the first page
Can you export them and use them in affinity?
It may be rude for me to ask but, could you share your brush preset group? Or link us where to find them, I seem to like your chosen brush presets, it would really help with my renders. Nonetheless great and insightful tutorial!
Hey Aron! My brush set is composed by the free one from Arqui9's website. And two free ones that I have found online. A watercolor and a splatter set.

try to change the size of the brush with alt, but every time i hold alt it changes to eyedropper, anybody has the same problem?

If I understood correctly, then you just need to press "Caps Lock" to hide/unhide the brush contour.
I'm not sure if this is what he has asked, but you're totally right about that! Caps locks works for any tool, you hide or show the icon cursor
hi, holding the alt button on my MacBook just allows me to change colour fills and not diameters of the brush. How do I fix this?? thanks.
Hi Muktar! I'm not a mac user, sorry about that. But I think it's a different key for mac and windows. Try command, ctrl and other keys to see if it works correctly

Hii, I am working right now with photoshop but in mac and the shortcut to make the brush bigger and smaller doesn't work...
Hey Laura, the shortcut in Mac might be different. Try using the Cmd, or the other keys like options, shift, and so on. One of them should work out!

Seems alt doesn't change size and hardness any more. Alt+brush changes the color
Hi Siwen!
Holding Alt enables the color picker, then if you left click it will grab the color from the place you are hovering.
BUT, if you hold *Alt* then also hold the Right Button and move your mouse, it will change the hardness and size.

Everytime i use diffrent brush than the last one; brush size resets. How can i lock the brush size?
Ramin, you can set the new size and then create a new brush. That way is maintains the size you'd like that brush to have

The layer opacity or brush opacity? Probably the layer is locked
@@LearnUpstairs Oh I meant the brush opacity. I checked the layer and it wasn't locked but after some research I got to reset the brush settings and it went away, I just don't know how I locked it, cause I accidentally did it twice. Thanks for the reply!

When I hold "alt" / "opt" on my mac and click right button to adjust brush size it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?
Have you selected a brush? Also, Caps Locks show/hide the brush preview. Maybe you're just not seeing it
Thank you for such a prompt reply. Totally caught me off guard. I appreciate you. I don't have caps locks on. But i will try and select a different brush and try until i get it. It should be simple but for some reason every time I click right button, the brush preset window pops up.
Your video says to hold "alt" and use right mouse button(and it works when you do it in the video) but the second I click right mouse button, the brush palette opens up.
You're welcome! Well, you should first hold alt and then right click draging your mouse. If you right click before or at the same time it will indeed open the brush preset windows
You're absolutely right. That's what i'm doing, but it won't work. I'm fluent with photoshop...but i've never witnessed anyone adjust the brush this way and its such an effective time saver. I will keep trying. Thanks for caring enough to respond. I'm tuned in for life now!
