Kan's Sleeper album is one of my very favourite albums. This combination of musicians and their compositions, especially the interplay between fiddle and whistle, is totally sublime, to the point of bringing a grown man to tears, and my wife feels the same ever since we caught you at Celtic Connections. I love these guys, saw them live at Purbeck a few years back. I get the strong feeling from watching them that they'll be able to play equally, if not more skillfully when they're 70 years old!
One of the most stunning performances I've ever seen. The musicianship and the tightness of the band is incredible. Can't wait to see them at Ramsbottom on 16th September.

i like it its brilliant absolute class........ but im not sure if the drum kit sound fits with this type ov music,in my very humble opinion....
The first tune isn't Julia Delaney's it's Frank Kelly's Reel! I'd know that tune anywhere.
