She died from a defective Talos how she died was because she got inside it to save them and she broke it from the inside by controlling the Talos to break itself and she got crushed and went to the underworld and she got reincarnated and Percy made a promise to Nice that he would try his best to keep Bianca safe but he failed it and Nice doesn’t know exactly how Bianca died but he knows that Percy failed his promise go Nice hates him after that but then he figures out how Bianca died and he forgives Percy. So maybe the past OFA users react to AFO as muichiro tokito ( from demon slayer) show him like his life how he gets his memories back, his family how they die, how he is forgetful, his friends and lastly how he dies. Also maybe his fight with upper moon 1 and upper moon 5 i think maybe also his friendship with nezuko and tanjiro:)
