Sat sri akal Shagufta Didi. I have a recipe for puri and it doesn't upset ur stomach and also it doesn't absorb oil. You do need maida and suji about same ratio. Its the best puri.....anyways ur my favorite and how ur versatility is amazing taking care of ur family and work and etc. Our background is Amritsar and my husband grew up watching u cuz we had a strong reception connection being at the border.
