Damn, this is tough to read especially with everything going on in the world. It can be easy to let yourself get into a rut and not see any light at the end of the tunnel. No matter if you believe it or not you just have to keep telling yourself things will get better, and try as much as possible to take yourself out of situations that drive you further away from that mindset. The only thing that will help is talking to people, even if you think no one cares, someone always will and does. Head up fam, we’re all in this together!

I'm thinking to leave my job due to toxic culture, but I get scared every time. I'm in depression. I'm not happy with my life. I want to die.
