Does Manitoba PNP system deduct points for any candidate IF the candidate has also applied to other province PNP programs?? [Not worked and NOT studied in other provinces, just applied via EOI to other province PNP streams also]

Bhai if we have clb score 8 each in 3 modules and 7 in one module , then we get 3 * 22 = 66 and 1 * 25 = 25 , or we get overall clb score * 4
