Biggest fanboy moment in recent memory, was my fiancé saying “don’t you watch his videos” as you were standing outside and we were walking past for the second time after making the pits loop at Arlington 2. Then her and our friends saying “well go talk to him and say what’s up”. Regret it. Keep it up AJ! As a guy who didn’t grow up riding, but have always been interested, you’re helping grow the sport.
Your videos makes supercross so much more interesting - keep them coming
Love seeing the banter in the pits and on the gate. You'd think everyone's all "don't bother me, I'm focused" but everyone's out having a good time. Also other teams helping get the bikes locked into the gate, cool to see.
Supercross from this perspective shows the heart of the sport. True grit, not much glory but warriors.
AJ has great technique (obviously) and is fast. His channel and honesty so illustrate how important training and physical fitness is essential!
Its a privilege to see Supercross from this viewpoint, love listening to the riders talk and it really makes you feel part of it!

I would imagine that just before the lcq that was Anderson and A Ray hanging out... I think Anderson is a beast and I'm happy they were able to bury the hatchet so quickly

These BTS videos are so much better than just racing footage, to see what its like between races and just the general banter between riders it shows how much fun you guys have and its not just a "job".

@@AjCatanzaro I’ve said it before on our podcast and I’ll say it again. The promoters should be providing camera guys for all the riders on race day and then using that content as a way to increase revenue and pay more TO EVERY SINGLE RIDER!!!

Might be thinking too simple, but overhydration is a big issue too as you'll drain out your electrolyte balance. I used to work in Southeast Georgia when I was in the Army and then working for a nutrition company, the humidity down there will gas you out quick.
Can you use salt sticks, an amino complex or runners goo? There should be a WADA list you can check to make sure it's all good.

I never drink straight water. I always have a specific mix of Skratch hydration in my waters so I retain it properly. Definitely crazy to see how many kids just drink straight water and expect to be properly hydrated

Dude when I was watching on TV I was so pumped to see your LCQ start, only to see you get bonked out of the way (by the dude who pulled the holeshot no less). That's racing I guess. One more crack at it on a similar track on Saturday, could be a great opportunity.

Loving the GoPro before the gate hearing the riders talk shit to each other. Factory teams dont talk much but then the Satelite teams and privateers all have a laugh.

I have watched all of your race videos and many of your training videos. Dude your good, but I feel like you need extra practice on your starts. If you could consistently get better starts., your in the main event! I haven't seen any of your academy videos focused on starting. Get ahead of the slower riders on the start and lap times are faster. Atlanta 2 is the perfect example. Keep it coming!

You mention hydration almost like filling up your car with gas. I’m curious what your thought process is around hydration and if you have routines that you follow. I hate water and am trying to create good habits so I can be a better rider. I also started working out a bit for the same reason.
I thought AJ did great, especially considering how "out of it" he felt.

I just watched your video a day at one of your classes again and one of your drills is to make a lap one-handed on the track you jump that jump I seen one handed I'm scared to jump to jump two handed much less one jumping I am extremely fearful of I want your one of your classes to learn that I know I have the ability of the form I went to a real motocross track at Highland Park sort of kind of and it flows I cleared all the jumps there only I double though
