Those FCB machines are a nightmare maintenance problem.
Back in the late 60's when Cornelius first came out with them, Coca Cola in Corpus Christi bought about 12 of them and paid cash. They were basic without any display settings.
To make the frozen drink colder you had to turn a knob on the front of each cylinder to to make the sensing fingers or or less sensitive to the friction of the product as the beaters were stirring the mixture.
We had people store managers in the convenience stores rubber bands around the sensing arm to make the product harder.
If the product was too hard the beater motors would slow down causing the centrifugal switches in the back of the cylinder to shut off the compressor.
Many times I went to a customer's site and found a freeze-up. The beater had stopped or the drive belt broke. There it was..... a cylinder full of frozen product. You get the bucket and take the 4 large chrome screws all the time waiting for the whole frozen cylinder to blow out at you.
Don't forget about ice balls. If you ever had air in the cylinder you would get a cylinder full of golf ball ice balls. Getting the product out would blow the cup out of your hand.
The company I worked for was charging the customer double for a 5 gallon of post-mix they said would only work in FCB machines. I found out that regular post-mix would work.
In the shop we kept one machine going at all time. We normally had Coke and Cherry. I got tired of cherry and put a tank of Dr Pepper post mix.
Everybody came to the shop to get a big cup of Dr Pepper FCB drink!
Pepsi Cola bought about 8 of these machines and was going to pay them monthly. When they found out they were so much trouble they gave them all back to Cornelius.
To this day, 49 years later when I see a Cornelius FCB machine I gag :-(.
They must have made improvements to them otherwise they would be out of business.
I won't tell you what the Cornelius Company Rep called them.... :-)

Thanks for the video. Do you have info on what the parts numbers are for the items you replaced in the videos?

WHat is it if my flavor orange syrupy is spraying everywhere on the inside, and then running down out onto the counter? That expansion thing in the very back? Please if you know drop me a comment. Thank you .

If it's leaking from the bottom of the pressure gauge located on the LHS, sounds like the pressures were not set correctly causing the expansion tank diaphragm to break. Not unusual. Can be a pain to fix. Could be a busted hose also. Hard to tell for sure based on your description.

No pressures checked? A little lube on the seals?
