i went from mid 2300 to 2k today and am lower rated on my main ive played for years than my alts, solo shuffle has officially cracked my sanity, see yall in the psych ward:)
I don't know why it's so different for you and other high rated or well known streamers / youtubers. But if I played the positioning you play, I would be locked into a cc chain from hell. Like I watch venruki playing destruction lock, standing in the open and free casting an entire match. I don't experience that freedom at any rating

Exactly this. I was also watching Pikaboo play Assa Rogue and opponents almost NEVER attacked or CC'd him. If I play Rogue on 1500-1800 I am CC'ed CONSTANTLY. Either Stunned, feared, disarmed, rooted, and so on. I can't breathe from the CCs.
Same with Resto Druid. I'll be Sapped, Blinded, Cycloned, Disoriented, Feared, Stunned, almost constantly.
No clue how these streamers end up showing clips of games where nobody focuses them or CC's them.
Honestly there's talk about streamers being in different lobbies. I can literally watch all streamers go to 2800 in 2 hrs, and never get focused and can free cast all day. I get into a game and literally position properly and get CCd for 9 hrs. Feels like I'm playing with AI, I had a rogue, feral as opponents one game and they literally configured their cc spot on right after eachother then I literally trinked after 30 sec of stuns and instantly, not even .01 sec later I'm in a blind lol. Shits fuckin wild
I'm with you. Maybe his dps knows how to cc? I can't tell you how many games I get trained and my warrior is chasing across the map. Blowing every defensive I have to stay alive

Lol I'm half way through and haven't seen him get CCd once or locked. I can't go a game without 20 sec of stuns in a matter of seconds.
U sure this is solo shuffle it doesn't look like fighting for your life every sec of the match
Low rating solo shuffles dont look this at all, melee zug zug you down, team mates dont use cc, you're not free to cast shit as the melee going ape end up 3/3 with 0 rating change.. such fun

when i play all my teammates los me and if i step out to heal them i get chain cc and every time we open we start from behind doesnt matter what defensive i use. I'm convinced these youtubers are playing in a different lobby or something
dude been spamming games, i start the game with rapture, pain sup, etc all defensive and we are not ahead, if i stop to cast a spell for damage my teammate health just drop and then there is nothing i can do except spam heals till they die....wtf

What addon is this for the frames?
For the enemy frames the addon is called Gladius. For the party frames (on the left) it is simply raid style party frames, an option you can enable in edit mode.
I've dropped Schism and Mindgames because I can almost never fit them into a damage rotation while healing. If I'm lucky I'll get off my Mind Blast x2 > Purge Wicked > Penance to spread DoTs.
As disc you can have quite a significant offensive impact. Much harder to escape pressing-shieldwall-at-15% rating as less offensive healers.
I’ve definitely forced cooldowns and won matches with the properly timed offensive push

Can you go over your layout to see your party and the opponents on your screen like that? And to see their trinkets etc? Im a returning player after 10 years so please go easy on me lol

I'm going to start playing my Disc priest because currently as an Evoker I'm getting really tired of having at least half my losses coming from people running in the opposite direction when they get low health. I have a macro that warns people at the start of every round that I have a short range and to not do the exact thing they always seem to do, but it doesn't matter
They'll still do that with disc, you'll just have less mobility to get to them
Dude I love disc priest mobility. We have feather thing and bubble gives speed so does penance. I'm mobile af.
Its not good on disc either, they force you out of position all game

I must suck at priest.. when I play I feel like if I’m not spamming heals my team is going to die. I rarely have the time to sit and free cast damage.

How ? Not playing healer. I played rdruid since legion and stopped thanks to blizzard. Stop being sh.t on , play dps.
