Grindelwald and Graves are two different characters. Graves is probably hidden somewhere, so that Grindelwald could infiltrate Macusa by taking Polyjuice Potion. So Yeah, they are totally different persons, and should also look totally different. But I can agree on the casting of Depp - it kind of took me out of the magical world and into my seat at the cinema again.. the reaction in the room was nothing short of sighs, and not in a good way.. But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt...

I never gave Ezra much thought, to be honest, although I've liked him since seeing him in 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower'. But he is an absolutely *stunning* Credence (the same goes for Colin as Graves as well - I wouldn't wish for these roles to be played by other actors. Plus they're both very handsome)! And he seems to be such a kind, lovely and enthusiastic person. And can we just mention and appreciate how he pays way more attention to and interacts almost more with Colin than the actual interviewer, haha. Love him.
I love how everyone collectively laughed when she didn't know what a house was. It shows literally how powerful JK's writing is that we can even be like "are you joking? you don't know what a house it?!" Love it.
Credence to me represents the suppressed people of the worlds. The people forced to not practice their religions, to not accept their sexuality, everything. He represents to me that when you suffocate somebody like that, their pain cannot be contained within their own skin. He also represents how a frightened, manipulated teenage boy can be easily used and torn apart, and then attacked by authority and forces.
She found the movie amazing without seeing the rest of the films or (presumably) reading the books, which makes me even more excited to watch the movie because as Rowling had said herself, you don't need to have the knowledge of the world to enjoy the movie, and if you just happen to have the knowledge you will enjoy it, just a smidge more. :)
Ezra Miller even knowing him only at the distance of interviews and films has the capacity to make peoples worlds bigger, their lives bigger just by knowing someone like him, as beautiful as him, exists. i am so grateful to him and the people that made him who he is today.
