The National Automobile Dealers Association is a crime organization pumping this insane agenda to suppress technician wages. The root cause of any supposed worker shortage is low wages. They are criminally colluding and forcing over 80% gross margins on service labor and crying shortages as an organization at the same time. They should average about 36% margins on labor there too.THEY SHOULD BE IN PRISON! Based on data released by New York University in early January 2023, the average gross profit margin in the US is 36.28%.
