Lampton Quay Golden Mile is not essential infrastructure when we are loosing 40% of our water by way of poor infrastructure. 3 waters is critical infrastructure. The people of Wellington want a referendum as Wellington CC cannot make fiscally responsible decisions.

As a living human being I clam allodial title, and yes I grow food and have shelter, and my own flag, don't you? You obviously work for the council or are Shilling for the government ... add another thing when you sell a property the money for the land goes into your bank account? So who's is it?

All land is registered with LINZ, and registration creates a split title. And you better be damn sure you KNOW which TITLE you HOLD.

The Chief Executive and senior staff also deal with the complexity of sharing resources and complimentary operations with the surrounding cities. From my observations Mayor Tory Whanau has grown considerably in her role. We and central government should be helping her and her council and staff to return Wellington to the magnificent city it has always been.
