His secretary replied saying a pre-payment of $ 400 is required to schedule a video call. I don’t expect free consultations but the lack of humanity really shocked me.
I would urge you not to get discouraged. Check out the TMSwiki online. It's a great resource with all sorts of free info and advice. There are message boards and free chats as well. There are many practitioners in the field so don't be deterred by one secretary.
