By following the national regulation we cannot normally access Google applications on Huawei cellphones and Samsung is unreliable in China as well, do not even mention the potential risks by using iPhone, so Metavertu series is the appropriate option to us who have had to use Android but not these cheap thing could be seen everywhere. Furthermore, the concept of Web 3.0 is very good for us, our privacy could be guaranteed compared to these using Web 2.0 currently, even though it may not mature enough. There are 50 Metro-cities in China mainland and I know that there are at least 1 Vertu authorized dealer in each city and the users enjoy the services and feelings brought by Vertu China. Since several years now, two Turkish and Chinese investirs bought the brand and brought it back to life.

Vertu is placed as brand comparable to D&G, Chanel, Prada, Hermes, etc. The most expensive Samsung will still not be a Vertu phone, but maybe the Samsung could make better pictures. You can compare it like this: when you buy a Rolls-Royce, you know it's not the fastest car in the world, and maybe a BMW is faster (or maybe even 'better'), but it's still a Rolls-Royce. It's two different levels in the same 'world' (it's both cars, but never on each others level). That is suitable for Vertu too.

You can also ask: why would someone choose a Rolls-Royce over a BMW 760? Comparable cars, but a BMW will never be a Rolls-Royce ;)
