Very thoughtful design and execution. These are awesome table! I really appreciate the EXTRA details that make them unique and delightful for those who take the time to see them. Great work. I appreciate more talking and 'splainin' and less watching wood go through machines. Great video work as well.

When I saw you cutting in the dovetails on those curved halves, I was like "now why did he do that, why not use a lap joint? is it because those are slats glued together?" Then I saw you cut the dovetails in the legs and piece them together and I was like "Ahh! THAT"S FREAKING AWESOME!"

Just beautiful... Superb craftsmanship and attention to detail. Such talent and skill to be able to have these ideas and to carry them out. Robert is so lucky to be learning from you and I'm so pleased for you that you found someone who you can show and then is confident enough be able to work alone. It's so great to see you have someone there to help carry the load of some of those big pieces too. I enjoyed seeing Robert's input when you were doubtful about a task. Just having that extra opinion on if you were about to make a mistake when you over-think something must be useful.
As ever I've run out of superlatives! 👏

I love the frame and all the intricate work going into the details resulting in a beautiful seamless elegance. The top is not really what I would personally have chosen but I get the idea behind it and as long as the customer is happy then who could ask for more.

I love everything about this project. I Like how you left the dovetail exposed and the use of the dovetails to join the halves at the leg. In your videos you really capture the essence of what makes handcrafted furniture unique and meaningful. All the extra little details that most people wouldn't notice but makes it better as a whole. I'm also really enjoying the dynamic of seeing you teach Robert. Plus you not only teach but look for a dialog opening up to his opinions. Well done.

The attention to detail at the very end is really excellent! So many pieces of production furniture have little to no attention to grain and reveals and they look haphazard and just plain wrong. Yours are another class entirely. Customers should thank their stars that they have craftspeople like you to elevate their furniture pieces to new heights.

Love this build man! As a furniture maker I can really appreciate all those little details you put into that. I never would have thought of putting the radius detail on the outside of the tapered leg but it looks on point. That is very mature design detail that takes the pieces to another level. What mask are you using? I hate my 3M respirator.
