Yup this happens all the time. I recently went on a trip to with a friend and met her family. They loved me. I wasn’t doing anything extra other than being me and was t trying to impress nobody. The whole time I had to walk on egg shells because my friend was snapping on me and making backhanded comments about how her family loved me. Ruined my freaking vacation with her crazy butt. This happens all the time. Honestly I think I’m going to have to be the one to get a dog and die alone. I keep dealing with this I can’t hardly make any friends and have had to drop both friends and family over the years.
