LRK - Wildlife Photography in The Little Rann of Kutch

Video and images made on a 4 day wildlife photography tour of the Little Rann of Kutch, Gujarat, one of the great salt marshes on earth. The Rann was once a part of the sea and still gets flooded in the monsoon. Despite the harsh landscape, LRK is home to some amazing wildlife, mammalian, avian and reptilian. All the images and video are mine by copyright and were taken during the tour.
This was my 3rd visit to LRK and by far the most enjoyable, productive and educational,knowledge and field craft is unmatched having travelled with Vipul Ramanuj and Catherene Christian of Wild Ark. Their emphasis on field craft to ensure no stress to the subjects and best practices for dealing with species, ethical behaviour and natural history, really made an incredible impact and resulted in some excellent opportunities. I highly recommend engaging with Wild Ark for an unforgettable wildlife photography experience.
