- Laba porridge is a traditional food eaten on the day of Laba Festival in China. It is made from a combination of glutinous rice and many different kinds of grains, beans, dried fruits, and nuts. There are a variety of recipes to make the porridge. In today’s video, I show you how to make a 1900 Laba porridge.
