- Building full upper out of Opaque Dentine, Regular dentine, Clear translucent porcelain and Enamel. Very simple technique - natural looking result
I have never seen a horseshoe build-up like that, in one shot. You are a dental Magician! :)) In those fully edentulous cases, (meaning that there are no other teeth to stop the bite), it is usually hard to determine the correct plane of occlusion (parallel line as you call it) or the Frankfort Horizontal plane as it's called in the literature. The length (or height of occlusion) is also difficult to establish. Very impressive result of course with beautiful aesthetic contours as well. Big fan of your skill level Vera, watching you work is a humbling experience, thanks for sharing!
Thank you!😊 It was a reconstruction of an old bridge that we had to strip porcelain off of and for some reason nobody duplicated it before taking porcelain off… I really hope it works🤞

Noticed you left a conecting bar to prevent distortion of the metal frame, during the porcelain procces. Masahiro Kuwata (Color Atlas of Ceramo-Metal Technology) Before cutting of the frame from the poured sprues and resevoir, should stress relive the casting at about 1000-1100 Cel. for 10-20 min. Have the metal dep. cast you a thin 0.5 mm about 5-10 mm wide and 3-5 cm strip of fav. metal. place it at degass temp and see how it warps. I Stress relive all bridges. Very nice work

Hi! Mahesh! I use Ivoclar Programat 510 and I love it! It is easy to use and relatively affordable + it has all the functions you need to fire big cases like roundhouses and all on 4 zirconia cases: infrared sensors for slow heating at start of the program and cooling in the end. That would be my first choice for a furnace 😊🤗

No Vera..if you are using VMK and your prescribed shade is A1 you need OD( opaque dentin A3 in thin layer of around 0.3mm on top of it you use A1 dentin then your transparents/translucents/effects etc..then bake ..then cover it with Ename ( use WN +EN1 + A1 DENTIN in ratio 1:1:1 ( you are using your custom made enamel for that particular shade) ...when we build teeth from in out we first starting with CHROMA then HUE and last is VALUE.. for A1 shade CHROMA is A3 ,HUE is A1 and VALUE is ENAMEL with WN ,EN1 and A1 dentin ... for A2 shade CHROMA is B3 hue is always same as "SHADE" in this example its A2 and Value is same WN,En1 and A2... NECK is ok to use as occlusal but almoust never bucaly except if you dont have space.....i looked at your metal substructure and there is ALLOOOOT of metal and little space to give a proper natural deepth ..and is not problrm with dentist he prepared those teeth with enough space but person who was doing Substructure design overbuilded it

Hi! For a full arch restoration , we always attach a bar to make sure it casts properly. It is also easier to hold while applying porcelain. 😊

Здравствуйте, Стас! Я использовала в этом видео Inside 44 Initial GC для шейки и FD91(флуоресцентный дентин) для режущего края под дентином. Эти два материала представляют собой непрозрачные дентины, которые я обычно использую, чтобы скрыть металл на металлических каркасах. Я не знаю, какую фарфоровую систему вы используете, но в любой системе их можно заменить непрозрачным фарфором. Hi! I use Inside (IN) intense opacious dentine for neck and fluorescent dentine(FD) for edge. I use them to hide the metal copings because regular dentine is too translucent. Regular Opacious dentine would work well instead of IN and FD
