TOPWATER REDFISH FISHING IN THE COLD?!

As crazy as this sounds my buddy ‪@Captainjoshmartin‬ and I managed to get some redfish to hit topwaters while fishing some shallow flats, oyster bars, and creeks during this inshore wintertime fishing trip. After throwing the topwater lures around for a little we switched over to some soft plastic lures like paddle tails and small jerk baits. The redfish have definetly been enjoying the 3.8 inch Omen Ultra Paddler and Omen Split Tail Finesser this winter. Josh primarily threw a new color paddle tail from Zman and caught some great fish. Caught a 31” red in the first 15 minutes of my last trip on one of your 3.8 Ultra Paddlers in that purple and chrome tail color. You were definitely on to something with that bro 🤙🏽

We see you man! From your last videos about topwater and people commenting about adding the date you filmed and the weather to doing it on this video, props to you man! I exclusively fish the nature coast from Yankeetown to Steinhatchee. If you ever wanna get on a real skinny backwater trip lmk, man! I have a1648 aluminum boat with a 60 tohatsu. Running a PowerTech 4 blade and a shallow water scoop. She'll get skinny!
