The story is really original, thanks Steve. Looks like your every next story is more interesting than the previous one. Amazing, that Lisa didn't even think about stealing a glass when nobody would say a word 😊

First, I want to thank you for these very useful videos. I am a new subscriber to your excellent channel, and I want to learn the British accent in particular. Therefore, I find it very difficult to hear many of the words you pronounce, so I have to slow down the video so that I can hear their pronunciation, and yet it is difficult to hear them. I hope that you will sometimes pause for some words, especially words that are pronounced briefly. I wish your channel great success.🙂

Welcome to the channel Ghassan it's great to have you here. On the videos I speak at about my normal speed because it is really important to train your ears to 'native English speakers' natural fast speech. You should only understand about 70% of what is being said otherwise you won't develop your listening skills as quickly as you could. When you listen a second time this will increase as your ears start to learn.
Don't forget you can download free guides to all of the videos so that you can follow along, but really just listen and then listen again.
Thank you for your kind words and I wish you every success - Steve

Sorry Ismail, I ran out of time but the vocabulary is in the guide designrr.page/?id=425128&token=2198248347&h=4824 . Friday's video is a mirroring exercise, but Monday's is a conversation one and that will have a video explanation of the words and phrases used. Thanks for watching - Steve
