sounds good dan, as you know i built the engine that is currently in my car, i know its not a ford but i am sure you can appreciate it, something that i really enjoyed doing and was a very steep learing curv, i look forward to the up and comeing videos, when i can my car back on thje road will have to meet up as i have just been doing some setup changed to it with a diffrent turbo and cams, i just need to MOT it now, my car like yours very much home built

I had comp brake arms on mine for 4 years, and they were fine on the road and on track, I use to check them over every year and clean and grease them. I got sick of replacing arms, I went down the poly bush route and that wasn't much better than standard.
That’s where I am with it . Just ordered a Delphi one ready for next weeks show
Then it’s the comp brake set up after that for sure !

Mate I would keep it 2000 engine eswell keep it original engine..theirs not many 2000 with turbo set up..can't wait to see the engine build mate..mate the car is built so well the first time I saw it I thout it was a cosworth until you said it was a rep..well done on that build but to have a escoz you need 60k and not many got that kind of money but it's OK...top car mate I love it..keep up the good work ❤

hi mate i used to get a bubbling noise in the header tand on my cossy back in the day when i parked it up in the garage someone told me it was the coolent returning from the turbo back to the header tank were its hot and said to fit a turbo timer to stop it i dont know if its relivent in this case did used to worry me tho , another great vid tho im sure you will sort it bigger and better good luck with it.
I run just oil on the turbo to keep engine temps down

Yes Dan! Bigger and better , I’m sure there’s a product called water wetter? It helps with coolant boiling point issues, I’ve a 2 way fan switch on mine so I can override the fans on a hot day,50/50 coolant and fitted a lower temp thermo switch, not tried the wetter product but I’m told track cars owners swear by it

Ye I’ve got a outter fan ( spal ) that pushes and a smaller inner , that sucks . With switch overide .
Think the small snail and the restricted rooms or helping :(

As bad as v news gets and believe me it gets bad , my car is parked up lookin and feeling sorry 4 it , it's not a human but it's my creation , I cant wait 4 ur engine build mate, it is v best rep in my eyes as true to v real thing u will get without buying 1 , v paint looks flawless,, I believe v head is liftin under full boost allowing a small amount of combustion gasses into v coolant circuit , its lasted a long time being boosted mate should b proud of it , it needs a heart transplant v rest of v car is mint ,, I still think v strut brace should b yellow it looked v part and stood out as black u dont notice it mate , and I know oh 2 well how they make u feel , daily driving a 2 seat project drift car is not wat I had in mind I miss my st v sound v boost god this life gives us challenges,, hows hope and v mrs mate ?? Mine puts up with alot from my cars lol 😂

Good glad everyone is well, it's so true people dont understand, we put time , passion and lots of money into our cars and wen v enjoyment of workin on them turns 2 pure pain from them failing , I cant get over I took v engine apart it was a good solid engine , my car was on 96000 wen I bought it stage 3 tuned within 2 weeks of owning it lol couldnt wait 2 long , lasted 2 135000 miles without block mod , I buy a low mileage engine block mod it and its failed , perhaps v block mod is a old wife's tail after all not sure what to believe anymore , I know 1 thing u gotta paint that strut brace yellow mate it looked sick lol
