I want your .22 stock for my .22! Awesome gun for the price, metal magazines, zero blemishes and leaks. Not as powerful as my cheap regulated .25 Gauntlet but cocking the STANDARD puts a smile on my face and NOT having to run a moderator on the my .22.
Yesterday, I was just about to ask you what you thought about shooting a 25. And thankfully you just happen to evaluate your friend's 25. I have been thinking a 25 pcp would be ideal for me for cleaning up the rats from the farm. Thank you.
I want to get one pretty bad but I don’t see in any of the videos about mounting the scope. I want to get a 3-9x40 on it but idk if it will clear that magazine with medium rings or if I will need to get high ones…. Also I don’t like that rail that’s the only thing looks like yours is about like how I want mine…. Really I’d just be happy if it works well with no issues that’s my biggest concern with any gun it has to function reliably with as little help from me as possible 🤣
I just ordered mine last night…. Well 3 am this morning when I got off work along with everything else I need. That set me back some coin but if everything works reliably then it pays for itself 🤷♂️ it says it’ll be here by Monday so we’ll see… I’m moving up from a break barrel and I just don’t think there’s any way this can be more reliable than that because my oldest break barrel is over 5 years old never cleaned the barrel never lubricated anything and it still puts quarter size or less groups with almost anything except for alloys at 30 yards. I don’t mind doing simple maintenance but for what I spent I could have gotten a real gun so I think it’s fair I expect a working product at least… I needed those extra 25 foot pounds for the backyard bullies🤣😵
Thank you for your videos. I enjoy them and always learn something. I have a question regarding my JTS .25. I would like to get more fps out of it. Do you thing adding a little pre-load on the hammer spring with a couple washers like you did with your .22 would give me an increase in fps? Thank you for your time.
@sixshootertexan thank you for the response. I did it and am pleasantly surprised. I dropped a small nut in (didn't have the right size washer) my fps with 30.8 gr. H&N went from approx. 830fps to 870. And 26.2 gr went from 860fps to 920... was able to break the 50 ft lb barrier and that's what I was looking for. Again, thank you.
Nice review boss. Absolutely love mine for low end pcp rifle.Mine is the .25 std model. Im shooting light 25 cal pellets at around 890. On medium power setting . It is an absolute laser w 29 fpe approx w 4 mags. Takes down small game easily and pests byrds and grain barn rats head shots all day long! Im not changing anything on er but might go with 24 gr pellets instead of 19gr. Sta safe out there man💥💪💪💪😱😱😱💯
👍🤠🇺🇲 I would fully recommend either one. Caliber choice would be up to your intended use. There are too many things to consider to answer here. Thanks for watching.
I've seen others install them. I have not. The word is get short screw studs. Make sure not to get to close to the buttstock screw and predrill your holes.
The Airacuda standard is a great gun mine is in 25 cal and is very very accurate but I'm a little disappointed in the fps and fpe I'm getting with it ! I turned the hammer spring up as far as it will go but I'm only getting 805 fps with the JSB 33.95's ! Other guys that own the same gun as mine are telling me that they are getting mud 800's fps with the same pellet im using and they have not touched them hammer spring or modded their guns at all !!
@@sixshootertexan Just for reference I adjusted the hammer spring all the way in until the gun would not cock and then I backed it out until it would cock ! But the 805 fpe was the best I could get out of it ! JTS told me that the gun is maxed out and I can't get anymore out of it ! 🫤
So nice to be able to shoot airguns at home, crazy but I can't do that where I live because the bylaws in the municipality, can't even shoot in the woods. They'll let me hunt with a shotgun or a bow in the woods though. No single projectile shooting zone.
That's some crazy chit right there. Sounds like you need a double barrel air rifle. That way you can circumvent the bylaws.... send two projectiles down range at a time...lol
I this gun and its soooo nice but one issue is im trying to put a suppressor on it and the threaded muzzle cap refuses to come off and i watch videos of people just unscrewing it i own the max version
@@stevengoodman3498 yea I was able to get it off and I realized the suppressor i had did not fit it so now i get to spend more money for another suppressor
You know that's really good for a factory tuned gun cause I've got guns that are regulated that shoot about the same. That's where actually really good for an unregulated gun. You almost think it's got a regulator In it the way it shot You know 44 foot pounds is good to
Nice! I love my .22, and you video series has definitely given me confidence in the platform and working on it.
👍🤠🇺🇲 Glad the videos helped. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for taking the time to show what a stock .25 Airacuda can do!

Great rifles. Thinking about getting their new 30 caliber model they came out with recently!😊
👍🤠🇺🇲 Me too. Thanks for watching.

👍🤠🇺🇲 Every manufacturers medium rings are different but I see no issues for mag clearance. I'm using medium on rifle.

If your hammer adjuster is already at max, then yes. If it doesn't bind the spring and keep it from cocking. Thanks for watching.

Do you know enough about this rifle to recommend one caliber over the other? 22 or 25 cal?
👍🤠🇺🇲 I would fully recommend either one. Caliber choice would be up to your intended use. There are too many things to consider to answer here. Thanks for watching.
Hey bud I got a question for you on your gun or your buddies gun do you think you could get a sling stud into that stock and not crack it up front
I've seen others install them. I have not. The word is get short screw studs. Make sure not to get to close to the buttstock screw and predrill your holes.
Good show!
👍🤠🇺🇲 Thanks for watching
Yeah this seems like a damn fine air rifle and the price really isn't bad

Did you see my video on the mods I did on my .22? If not watch it. The disc I dropped in the hammer can be just some washers of the appropriate size.

I have not seen that video but I will be sure to look it up ! Thank you !
Nice. 👍

Hey friend did you do something to your stock cause it looks better than your friend shinier
@joznew1 👍🤠🇺🇲 Yes check out my video on it.

Try heating it up with a hair dryer for a few minutes and it should come off with pliers. You've probably got it off by now. Lol😊
