I just ran this in my homebrew DnD campaign that's best summed up as a cross between Pirates of the Caribbean and the Dark Sun universe. Amazing old school adventure that can be converted to anything with a little thought. Your right its a lot of vampires. When it looked like there would be a TPK one of my players (A paly of course) used his attack with smite to sever the linkage between two of the cars with his old school Holy Avenger. He was last seen being pulled into the darkness of the last train car that was still attached to the engine being pulled away, The car with the kids and the other player characters slowly came to a stop in the bright sun of the Arizona wasteland. He will be remembered.
This video came up in my search as I was looking at the Kickstarter, which has 10 days left, for a rerelease/update for the current edition of Savage Worlds. Nice review for the origin story 🤠
This seems like interesting little adventure. I wanted to try some weird west like campaign of my own, but did not get people for it. Well, maybe in the future. But I will remember this adventure and I will incorporate the train for sure :D
You diserve WAY more subs and likes. I watch your videos all the time and they are great! Keep up the good work.

Whoa I never even thought that this one could be run in a fantasy world. Love the part with the holy avenger separating the cars!

I didn’t even see that Kickstarter! Glad you pointed it out to me or I would have missed it. Glad my review helped!
Thank you for your help. Greetigs from Brazil.
I'm currently running a black hack/pulp hack game. this would certainly be a fun adventure to run for my players.
Night Train would be awesome for that style of gritty pulp!

Yeah, Everyone wants to run sword and sorcery. That genre just isnt my favorite.
@@betaraybrad91 I love high fantasy, but sometimes you just have to go out of the box for some fun.
Better Yer use Dark Trails rpg or Weird Frontiers better rpg system
