Hearing you say you were scared in the beginning and that you didn't know much about starting a bakery, but it worked to your advantage because you were open to learning. Now I have to continue the courage and motivation and find people taste my handmade stuff. The cupcakes I made I give as gift in a very nice single box that I make too from scratch and they love it and one person right away asked me if I sell and if I take orders because she wanted for her meeting or give to her friends. I don't know how much to charge, I don't even know how much is a cupcake out there, but I heard from somebody that some cupcakes are $5 each.
when im older im gonna open a bakery too and ill probabyly do something like every 10 dozens sold a dozen will be donated to a homless shelter or something like that im not sure but I still have to wait a while im only 12 but this was very inspirational
Little Engine Outlaw crew depending on when you live, you might be able to sell cupcakes from home. Look up food cottage law in your state. Like in my state, Texas, I can make cupcakes at home and either advertise them on my instagram, Facebook, etc. and sell them. I too want to start my own bakery, since I was like 10, but now I need college money so I’m going to this and see if what the future brings. Talk to your parents, maybe they’ll let you start baking some for you to sell and make some money, it’s never too early to start.
Do it now ....the when am older syndrome has paralyzed many people ....when your older you will want other things start now and grow with the business ....Google and RUclips are the best things that has ever happened in our life time ....and it shows together we can do more ...

You can find out how your cake is as far as flavor, texture etc. also you’re able to make sure your flavors work together and learn how to make icing that works. Try and not ask people you know who may be worried about what they say.
