Have you tried these eye paints? What did you think?
Hey Jennifer! One tip when using these graphic liners. About Face recommends you don't "swipe" your brush, but instead "stamp" the paint on. This will help with the product bleeding and make your lines more crisp. I totally agree about the purple shade, I wore it yesterday and found myself pretty underwhelmed with the pigment and I struggled to get mine to blend.
Hope you have a blast with your eye paints!
This is SO HELPFUL thank you so much!! I’ll try stamping it on next 😍
With the white as a base it makes the lighter colors pop sooooooo so good, so when you can get it! Also really fun is doing them over the fractal glitters or the glitters over. Dionysus is the best pinky purple (mauve) imo from this entire line. I will say this rainbow effect on you makes my day so good
Awe yay!!! I’ll definitely have to try these with glitter that sounds amazing!
I just bought a few today and they'll be delivered soon, so I haven't used them myself, but I've read a few things: 1) the pigment payoff is better with a primer, and they stick far better that way if you have oily eyelids; 2) you're supposed to keep your eyelid flat for 20-30 seconds to let it set, otherwise it'll crease or crack (I think this is directly from AF); 3) and I saw in a review that setting either with a clear/translucent powder OR powder eyeshadow makes it basically bulletproof. Hope it works for me when I get them!
Yessss can’t wait for you to get them! Those are some great tips, especially leaving the eyelid flat for it to set!
Hi I was wondering if you learned how to use them better and maybe have more tips to offer after 9 months? I just ordered some last night during Ultas 50% off sale and I’m trying to learn how to use them before I get them!
Love this video! I got excited at the idea of using this for graphic liner, but it looks so difficult to work with. You did an amazing job and look gorgeous as always!
Thank you!! It’s not as easy to work with as a water activated liquid liner but I’m guessing this has way better staying power if you’re needing to wear it all day or have oily eyelids!
The look u did is so cool
Thanks so much!!
Wow I love the shapes on your eyes.
Thank youuuu 😍😍
Sooo many are sold out.. I’ll circle back on these. I ordered some glitter shadows and lip products. Gorgeous products. That green is life.
Yessss!! I haven’t tried their glitter shadows or lip products, let me know what you think!
so do you think the p.louise eye bases are better? thank you for your review :)
I think it depends on what you want to do, now that I’ve used these again, these are more “runny” than p Louise so you can use these easier as Eyeliner. They also dry down faster than p Louise, but p Louise has a more consistent formula in my opinion!
Also I saw on Instagram people use the white eyeshadow stick before putting the colors on to make them more pigmented. I wonder if this is waterproof hope it is. I bought some today and I go to the community center. I was told eye paints are more waterproof than any eyeliner but I also think the person telling me was just trying to make a sale. I hope it's true though. About to find out in 5 days
Oooh I’ll have to try with white eyeshadow stick under!
I WISH I could get my hands on these but they don't ship to Australia :(
Dang! Hopefully someday soon they will have that option!
Personal opinion I do not think those need to be anymore pigmented than they already are 😳😳. They're extremely pigmented
Depending on the shade some were definitely extremely pigmented!
This convinced me not to get them
Glad I could help! I always try to be honest so that you can make an informed decision 🥰
