- تناول الحديث تعريف القطاع الثالث، وما هي الفروق بينه وبين القطاعات الأخرى، ومدى أهميته وخلقه لفرص التوظيف طبقاً لرؤية المملكة 2030
كما تطرقنا إلى سبب تفضيل النموذج الغير ربحي حيث قامت الحكومة بتحويل بعض الهيئات من نموذج حكومي إلى نموذج غير ربحي، وتحدثنا عن كيف يتم تأهيل الشباب للدخول إلى هذا القطاع، والشهادات المعتمدة التي أصبحت متوفرة لتمكين الشباب من النجاح فيه.
وحتى نصل إلى عنان السماء، أوصى ضيفنا الشباب بأخذ هذا القطاع بشكل جاد، والنظر إلى الفرص المتنوعة الموجودة فيه سواء كانت كوظيفة أو مشاركة في التأسيس أو التطوع.

Anan podcast episode three: The third sector
The discussion introduced the third sector and tackled the differences between it and other sectors, as well as its importance, and how it contributes to the creation of employment opportunities in accordance with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
We also discussed why the non-profit model is deemed a better option for employment, with the government shifting some of its entities from a governmental model into a non-profit one. Moreover, we discussed how young people can be trained to enter this sector, and the accredited certificates currently available to enable them to succeed in it.
For the youth to reach the stars, our guest advised them to seriously consider this sector and the various opportunities it can offer, whether in terms of employment, co-founding, or volunteering.
