Dr. Zin: This show is super nostalgic for me. I used to watch it all the time with my cousin. And Zin is a pretty cool villain.
Rockland Stone/The Machine: Okay, the fact that Free Willy got an actually enjoyable show is baffling. And while a cyborg is a bit much for FREE WILLY of all things, Rockland is pretty cool, and a nice nod to Captain Ahab.
Mitth'raw'nuruodo/Grand Admiral Thrawn: I'm SO happy this guy got brought back into the canon by Rebels. And I'm happy he still is an awesome villain as he was in Legends.
General Woundwort: I prefer the movie version, but this version is cool too.
George Tarleton/The Anomaly: This show was WAY better than it had any right to be. And Anomaly was a pretty enjoyable villain.
King Andrias Leviathan: This is easily one of the BEST shows Disney put out in the last few years. And I'm so glad it ended on a super high note. Also, Andrias is an amazing villain.
Oslo: Haven't seen the show.
Wraith/James Rinaker: Cool. Also, his design is awesome.
The Core: While I do prefer Andrias, the Core is pretty cool too.
Shadow the Hedgehog: Funny how this show is a THOUSAND times better than the game it was based on. And Shadow is a pretty cool villain, although I prefer Eggman.

I would like to say that you should also check out the Star Wars Clone Wars 2D Micro Series too, as that is also as good as the CGI Clone Wars series.

Dr. Zin: Awesome
The Machine: Kinda surprised that Free Willy got it’s own show at all, and also interesting that the shows plot is reminiscent of Moby-D!ck, anyways though the villain is pretty cool, even if I think that a cyborg is a bit much for a villain in a Free Willy animated series.
Grand Admiral Thrawn: Without a doubt (next to Darth Maul) Thrawn is totally my favorite villain in Rebels!
General Woundwort: I find this version of Woundwort (and also of this series too) to be pretty underrated in my opinion.
Anomaly: Honestly the show was alright, even if it was very obvious that Marvel was basically doing their own version of the Harley Quinn show, but with Marvel instead of DC in it, and also the Anomaly is a cool villain too.
King Andrias: Flippin awesome!
Oslo: Cool
Wraith: Cool villain, awesome design
The Core: While I like King Andrias and Grime more, the Core is still an awesome villain.
(And also R.I.P. Amphibia)
Shadow the Hedgehog: Definitely 100%, literally zero debates on this, superior in very way to the Sonic Boom games, and I was also very surprised to see this version of the famous anti hero be portrayed as a full on villain, but still he’s awesome regardless.

King Andrias: all I can say is what an FANTASTIC SERIES but sadly why it got to end but anyway while The core is my #1 but Andrias is my #2 favorite amphibia villain
