it can still be coded if it's 12 port. It came with a coding mechanism they never installed hence "optional code". i confirmed this from a longtime member who told me
I understand its possible, but its highly unlikely. The 12 port ones have the drillings, but I've never seen a 12 port 5OC. If it is coded then that's cool, I'd like to see that damper.
Awesome video Lucas!
Thanks!!
@@linysirenfirebuff4786 No problem!😉
Beautiful shot man. I planned to film that on that day but I didn’t go lol.
thanks! would've been funny if i ran into you bc we haven't met in person yet LOL
@@linysirenfirebuff4786 Actually, we have. We met at Yaphank once kinda
Nice! Not all have code dampers but its still a goodie siren
cool, enjoyed your vids, I liked & sub'd you!
Is that a new siren model?
No, but it's on it's third housing. they take care of it. this time it was built stainless steel.
What does the OC in the name mean?
Optional Code. The siren came with a coding mechanism that they decided not to put in, and apparently it is still in storage soon to go to a museum.
I doubt this was ever coded, considering it's 12 port. Any badge pics?
