This is a lesson that I recorded some time ago and never posted to RUclips, and it covers the cran - a piping ornament that translates well to the flute.
I was initially taught crans (on the pipes) the way you're demonstrating here, and then more recently I began lessons with a different teacher who taught them as G-F-A which i'm currently using. I've never tried the A-F-G...Must give it a go. Cheers. Love the channel.
